Some love stories are just meant to be, and Regan + Zack's journey is one of those heartwarming tales that starts in the place as magical as the city itself. These two met while working together at the iconic Cafe DuMonde in the heart of the French Quarter. So when it came time to choose a location for their engagement session, it was only fitting that they flew in from Atlanta to celebrate this special chapter where it all began. 

We started their session right where their love story first took root - inside of Cafe DuMonde, with the smell of beignets and coffee in the air and the buzz of Decatur Street adding that unmistakable New Orleans energy. From there we made stops on the river bank, and the stunning St. Louis Cathedral, capturing some of my favorite images of the evening with its iconic spires rising in the background. 

Around Jackson Square, Regan + Zack shred some sweet moments surrounded by beautiful iron work. And of course we couldn't resist a stroll through the French Quarters colorful street - where every balcony, shuttered windows, and cobblestone corner added character to their session.

These two have such an easy, natural connection. The way they laughed together, held hands and looked at each other - it was a reminder of how beautiful and powerful shared history can be. Their session was so much a celebration of the city that brought them together.
